Dr. Louis and Phimphakan Lebel participated in a workshop on Sustainable Consumption in Asia hosted by the Research Institute for Humanity and Nature in Kyoto, Japan. Our main contribution and interest was in how people tried to understand and influence value-chains, for example, related to aquaculture products.The event was an activity of the Future Earth Knowledge-Action Network on Systems of Sustainable Consumption and Production.
