Dr. Louis Lebel and Dr. Phimphakan Lebel spend the day in the Department of Physics at The University of Melbourne, with a prize winning team of researchers that invented a very efficient device for concentrating O2 from the atmosphere without needing conventional energy inputs apart from a small gradient.
